Building a lasting management culture
A major automotive banking group needed a management development programme capable of acting over time — not an episodic course, but a journey that would transform how managers make decisions, lead teams and face business complexity.

Harvard, DISC and Situational Leadership in an integrated programme
You-mans designed a multi-year programme integrating Harvard Business Simulations (Everest, Patient Zero, Decision Making) as the experiential learning engine, You-DISC for behavioural profile diagnosis, Situational Leadership to develop people-management flexibility, and the film "Hoosiers" as a narrative case study. Business transformation is the through-line: each module is anchored to the organisation’s real challenges.
Result
Multi-year partnership renewed
The programme has become a stable asset of the group’s management culture — replicated and updated over time, with a shared leadership language that outlives any single session.

From portfolio managers to business developers
A multi-company group in the medical software sector shared the same commercial challenge: teams used to managing existing clients, unable to win new ones. A cultural transformation was needed before a technical one — from "éleveur" (relationship farmer) to "chasseur" (opportunity hunter).

Change management, new sales techniques and intensive roleplay
You-mans designed a multi-company programme that addresses change as a prerequisite: first we work on resistance to the new, then we build the method. Advanced sales techniques, objection handling and new client development were integrated with high-intensity interactive roleplays — to anchor new skills in practice before leaving the room.
Result
178 participants, multiple entities, one shared commercial language
The programme crossed different organisational structures with a single coherent methodology. Teams acquired a shared business development approach, recognisable and transferable across the group’s entities.

Training 253 salespeople remotely without losing quality
A major banking group in consumer credit needed to develop the communication and sales skills of over 250 people in a digital context — while keeping the relational intensity of in-person training. The challenge was not just content: it was format.

You-mans designed 25 sessions delivered entirely remotely, integrating professional actors for commercial roleplays in live streaming — a rare and high-impact modality. The Klaxoon platform ensured continuous interaction: polls, brainstorming, group work in real time. The format kept its high relational density despite the physical distance.
Result
253 people, 18 classes, multi-year programme (2021–2023)
A scaled programme that demonstrated how corporate theatre and sales training can coexist in digital format. The model was replicated for three consecutive years, confirming its effectiveness across different commercial populations.

Circulating what already exists
A major Italian banking group already had excellent commercial expertise — distributed unevenly across people and structures. The challenge was not to teach from outside: it was to create conditions so best practices would circulate from within, between colleagues, in a structured and sustainable way.
Approach
12 full-day workshops, managers as protagonists
You-mans designed a format based on horizontal sharing: 12 one-day workshops, with managers as facilitators and bearers of expertise — not just participants. The format privileged practical exchange, real experience storytelling and collective construction of shared tools. Training as conversation, not as transmission.
Result
240 people trained. 80+ shadowing requests spontaneously made.
The most significant figure is not the expected one: over 80 participants spontaneously asked for shadowing with colleagues met during the programme. A rare and powerful signal — not of learning, but of activated cooperation. The programme generated an internal exchange network that outlives the training sessions.
